Our Commercial Property Maintenance division provides year-round exterior maintenance services including:
Spring, Summer, Fall:
- weekly mowing of grass areas
- bed maintenance
- trimming and edging of trees and curbs
- planting, pruning and weed control
- aerating and dethatching
- pick-up of litter and debris on grass areas
- leaf removal
- power sweeping
- maintain a quality appearance to your property
Winter:
- snow plowing and snow removal with equipment including trucks, loaders, backhoe
- sidewalk maintenance with various types of sidewalk equipment
- salting/sanding
- 24 hour access to a Thunderbolt representative for matters requiring immediate attention
- all of our commercial properties are monitored on a daily basis during this season.
