The success of each project is thanks to our dedicated team of professionals and their commitment to maintaining quality, integrity and service on every project. It is this team that ensures that Thunderbolt’s craftsmanship, experience, and dedication are second to none.

We are pleased to introduce you to our Management Team:

Andy McNeely

President

Andy graduated Earl of March High School Class of 1989 and shortly thereafter founded Thunderbolt Contracting – starting out in residential landscape and property maintenance with a lawn mower and snow blower from his Dad’s shop in Carp. For the first couple of years Andy focused on building residential property maintenance customers for summer and winter services. The first full time employee of Thunderbolt was Andy’s long-time friend, Curt Raycroft. Together they branched Thunderbolt into residential landscape and commercial property maintenance, then expanding further into all aspects of landscape construction and design. More recently Andy has dedicated his time to recruiting and training the teams that now maintain the company’s dedication to customer service. Over the past 20 years he has grown the company – with the help of a great team – to what it is today.

It is Tyler’s passion for landscaping that has kept him in the landscape industry. The invaluable hands-on experience gained through his years of designing, selling, and completing the installation of landscape projects as the on-site foreman allowed Tyler a unique perspective for creating plans.
